Production
Total area
The total manufacturing area is about 85 000 m2, which consists of: manufacturing, storing, offices and trading areas.
To manufacture the wide range of textile products the Company uses more than 150 different machines and mechanical devices.
Production facilities

100 tones of Merino sheep wool tops (for felting and knitting);

200 000 meters of nonwoven material;

70 tones of cottonized fiber (“cottonin”);

80 tones of dyed yarn or fiber;

10 000 pieces of textile products (pillows, blankets etc).
The main product
The basic Company’s product is Wool Tops 100% Merino sheep wool fibers, raw or dyed- suitable for yarn manufacturing , felting and giant knitting. Company successfully provides this product in Ukraine and abroad (Poland, Lithuania, France, Portugal, Norway, U.K, USA etc).
Dyeing
Company’s dying facility shop is equipped with dying machines AKDU-601 (400-500 kg capacity) and ATYC (100 and 300 kg).
UKONO™ Textile
Flax or Hemp cottonized fiber- the product of bust fibers cottonization is used for different density nonwoven materials manufacturing, different sizes and compositions for natural textile products by TM UKONO.
A wide range of services
Providing the wide range of textile products our Company also fulfills give-and-take orders for raw material processing (wool, flax, hemp, viscose), yarn and fiber dying/redying services, home textile manufacturing.
