Dyeing
Professional dyeing of natural and blended yarn into any Pantone shades using certified eco-friendly dyes.

Dyeing Technologies
We work with a wide range of materials, including polyamide, polyacrylic, polyester, as well as traditional natural raw materials (wool, cotton, flax, hemp). Dyeing is performed on modern industrial equipment in bobbins, hanks, or slivers. Our laboratory matches recipes with perfect precision for any batch.
The use of exclusively certified European dyes allows us to achieve color fastness of 4-5 points, while preserving the natural softness and hygroscopicity of the fiber.
Technical features
Equipment & machinery
Laboratory Spectrophotometer
High-precision equipment for measuring fiber color spectra and calculating dye formulations with 100% accuracy.
AKDU
An apparatus for high-pressure yarn dyeing in bobbins. The dyeing solution circulates through the yarn, ensuring uniform coloring. Known for its reliability and high productivity.
ATYS
Modern yarn dyeing equipment with automated control. Provides precise control of temperature, pressure, and dye consumption, improving dyeing quality and reducing resource consumption. (Load capacity up to 100 kg)
AKDU is a classic and reliable solution, while ATYS is a more modern and economical equipment.
B2B Production Configurator
Calculate orientation parameters of production, execution terms, and required lines depending on the volume of your batch and raw materials.

Recipe Formulation
Laboratory Pantone shade matching and final result alignment with the client.
Raw Material Preparation
Receiving customer-supplied raw material and preparing it for dye application.
Dyeing Process
Dyeing in specialized vats and delicate drying under appropriate temperature technology.

Frequently Asked Questions
We use only certified European dyes safe for health and the environment (Oeko-Tex Standard 100 compliant).
Laboratory lab dips and sample approval by the client usually take 3 to 5 business days.
We specialize in natural and blended fibers, but can consider dyeing polyester and polyamide upon request.
We use only high-quality European dyes (specifically reactive and acid dyes) that are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. They are completely safe for health, hypoallergenic, and approved for use in children’s textiles.
Yes, our in-house laboratory performs precise matching of the dye formulation to a physical sample (piece of fabric or yarn) or a Pantone digital code. We create a test lab dip and provide it for approval before starting the industrial batch dyeing.
