Industrial Washing
Large-scale industrial washing of yarn and fibers in a closed cycle with temperature control.

Cleaning Technology
High-quality washing is a basic step in preparing raw wool fibers for carding or processing. Our technology gently cleans fiber from natural contaminants without damage, using eco-friendly detergents.
Precise control of pH level and temperature on our washing lines guarantees that the wool is completely rid of grease, but does not lose its natural hygroscopicity and softness.
Technical features
B2B Production Configurator
Calculate orientation parameters of production, execution terms, and required lines depending on the volume of your batch and raw materials.
Industrial washing stages
Acceptance & Sorting
Weighing of customer-supplied raw material and preliminary assessment of its contamination level.
Industrial Washing
Multi-stage washing in special aqueous solutions for complete removal of grease, sweat, and dust.
Delicate Drying
Drying of the scoured mass under controlled temperature conditions to prevent fiber over-drying.
Packaging
Packaging of clean raw materials in bales for further processing or shipment to the customer.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, for wool and other delicate fibers we use special low-temperature programs and mild detergents that prevent felting.
The minimum batch is 500 kg. For smaller volumes, please contact us to clarify possibilities.
Yes, industrial washing is a standard preparatory step before the dyeing process to ensure uniform dye penetration.
Upon completing the scouring process, our laboratory monitors the residual grease (lanolin) content – standard is below 0.5-1.0%, the pH level of the wool fiber to prevent damage, residual moisture (standard 17%), and the degree of clearance from vegetable and mineral impurities.
Raw material is accepted in bales or bags. The main requirement is that the wool must be dry or have natural moisture content, free of mold and fiber rot, as excessive moisture during long transit can damage the fiber structure.
